ABC Company is one of the leading companies of UK, providing wide range of products and services. Here we will see in what way we can maximise the skills of people in our organization. By improving knowledge of people about the products and services we can improve the performance. Then give the task to people who are trained and give them reward if they perform well. This is one strategy, we can improve skill of people their. For example we will give task to our insurance department to introduce more people for insurance policy. We can enhance them to be more interested into job, by giving them reward. Here in this case marketing, human resource, advertisement, through media will also involve for improving sale. Once advertisement will done, then marketing people can easily operate customer to sell insurance policy. Company will introduce more customers’ corporative policies to get more business and to improve employee’s skill.

Recruitment of people to improve the efficiency and skills if a right person is working at right place at right time. Person must know his responsibilities, job importance and time limit to work done. In ABC Company we need to check the performance of people by performance management set up. We will make a knowledge sharing set up. By analysing performance and knowledge sharing we will know how who is who and what is what. People in organization will share these things what they know.

In ABC Company we will train people in groups, for insurance department, marketing and Advertisement department. It will enhance the performance of people on ABC Company because people will get their selves on competition.

Performance and Reward Management strategy

This is an example how performance and reward is important for the company. Huawei is the worlds leading company provides back end all over the world.

We reward employees’ contributions and qualifications, instead of degree, experience, seniority and title.

Our performance management is designed result-oriented. Managers are responsible for helping staff to improve their performance and capability through continuously setting goals, coaching, appraising and communicating.

This is very good example of performance and reward in an organization. This company sets goal, give coaching to their new employees, check their performance and then gives them reward.

ABC Company should adopt this kind of strategy to improve their skill and contribution for the company set up.

ABC Company can maximise performance of company by giving them reward, appreciating them to accept their performance. Encourage them and give them the appreciation letter of certificate.

This strategy will improve moral of the employees, who are working in any department of organization.

To improve people contribution in ABC Company we will give them share, or bonus. Awarding them incentives can also encourage them.
